Shipping Policy Highlights
- Additional shipping fees may apply to certain orders depending on rates and services offered to the shipping address indicated for the order. Purchaser will be contacted if necessary.
- Complimentary upgrades to express shipping will be offered for the remainder of this shipping season
- Orders ship out Canada-wide on Mondays and Tuesdays of each week and within the GTA on Wednesdays, holidays excluded.
- Any additional shipping fees incurred due to incorrect address given or special requests will be forwarded to the customer to collect payment. No further sales will be processed unless accounts are settled and in good standing.
- Parcels that have shipped to the customer and are returned to sender or not retrieved are not eligible for refund.
- Insurance or coverage is not purchased or available for purchase on shipped orders due to the live nature of the contents. Shipping is done so at purchaser's risk.
- Multiple orders can be combined for shipping for $10/order and must meet the following criteria
- Full shipping fee has been collected/paid for one of the orders being combined
- Orders to be combined are placed by the same individual/account and shipped to the same address
- Previous order has not yet been prepared and processed for shipping

Return/Exchange Policy

Orders that have not yet been processed, picked up or shipped can be cancelled in part or whole with monies received returned to method of payment minus a 5% restocking fee.
Other Updates
- Complimentary heat packs will be included if parcel is being shipped to an area with a daytime high lower than 5 degrees celsius.
- Orders processing can take up to 6 weeks (even if your order is placed in the opening moments) due to the volume of orders received. You're patience is much appreciated and necessary for us to be able to make these plants available.
- Orders placed for pick up should also expect delays in receiving notifications to arrange pick up as we will be processing order mostly in the order they were placed.
- Not so much an update as this is a reminder: Product limits are still in effect.
- If you have already met your product limit for a certain item, please out of respect of your fellow plant lovers, do not attempt to secure this item again. You will be able to add it to your cart and proceed with checkout, however if we notice this when processing your order the item(s) will be removed from your order prior to shipping.
