Shipping Policy Updates
- Additional shipping fees may apply to certain orders depending on rates and services offered to the shipping address indicated for the order. Purchaser will be contacted if necessary.
- Orders will be shipped with a courier that offers an estimated transit time of 4 days or less, unless otherwise indicated by the customer via order notes or email. Additional shipping fees may apply.
- Addition of Wednesday to our scheduled ship days. Only orders being shipped within the Greater Toronto Area will be shipped on this day.
- Any additional shipping fees incurred due to incorrect address given or special requests will be forwarded to the customer to collect payment. No further sales will be processed unless accounts are settled and in good standing.
- Parcels that have shipped to the customer and are returned to sender or not retrieved are not eligible for refund.
- Insurance or coverage is not purchased or available for purchase on shipped orders due to the live nature of the contents.
- Multiple orders can be combined for shipping for $10/order and must meet the following criteria
- Full shipping fee has been collected/paid for one of the orders being combined
- Orders to be combined are placed by the same individual and shipped to the same address
- Previous order has not yet been prepared and processed for shipping

Orders that have not yet been processed, picked up or shipped can be cancelled in part or whole with monies received returned to method of payment minus a 5% restocking fee.
- We've reduced our shipping rate to $20 Canada Wide Standard Ship. Orders will be shipped with a courier offering an estimated transit time of 4 days or less, unless otherwise indicated by the customer via order notes or email. Additional shipping fees may apply for courier service if upgrade service is requested, service is to a rural address and/or upgraded service is required to ship with an estimated transit time of 4 days or less.
- We will be avoiding using Canada Post to ship parcels where possible given the current delays CP is experiencing in most areas until Canada Post is able to offer more reliable service.
- You will notice a small price increase on all of our product lines as COVID has greatly impacted our sourcing channels and daily operations. While this is a necessary step for us, you can rest assured we are doing all in our power to continue to supply our plant community with quality growing gems, great service and fair prices.
- Not so much an update as this is a reminder: Product limits are still in effect.
- If you have already met your product limit for a certain item, please out of respect of your fellow plant lovers, do not attempt to secure this item again. You will be able to add it to your cart and proceed with checkout, however if we notice this when processing your order the item(s) will be removed from your order prior to shipping.
