We will send you a second confirmation email once your order has been fulfilled and is ready for you to pick up. Generally orders placed for pick up are prepared within a week of being placed, however after a restock it's possible it may take a little longer.
In this confirmation email, you'll be provided a link with instructions on how to book your pick up time.
Do not arrive at the nursery for pick up without a confirmed pick up time and date.
Orders remaining in our care for greater than 10 days after being fulfilled and ready for pick up will be subject to an extra care fee of $2/Day payable upon pick up. The 10 days will be counted from the day the order fulfillment confirmation email is sent.
If you did not receive a confirmation email shortly after placing your order, please reach out to us as there may be an error in your email on file and you may miss future important notifications regarding your order.
