COVID-19 Service Update
Due to the COVID-19 Virus expect delays in order processing as the following steps have been placed in effect for your safety and ours:
- We have increased our hand hygiene practices within the nursery and have been practicing social distancing.
- We are accepting orders for contactless nursery pick up. Due to limited staff, we are unable to offer same day order pick ups. All pick ups require a booked pick up time. For details on nursery pick ups click here.
- Orders placed requiring shipping are done so with the understanding there is possible for delays to parcels delivery due to the effects of COVID-19 and increased strain on the Couriers. We and the couriers are unable to offer insurance or damage coverage due to the live nature of the goods being shipped. We do take great care in packaging the plants, so that in the event of a delay they will have the best chance to make it to you safe. We may also reach out to you regarding additional shipping fees/shipping options depending on your order and area.
- Our nursery is NOT open for drop in visits or tours. While the government has allowed garden nurseries to resume business to foot traffic, our nursery is not set up for this type of sales. Please do not show up at our nursery unannounced, you will be turned away.
