If we find that the health of your purchase is not up to our standard within 7 days of receiving your product we will make it right! At our discretion, we will issue an exchange or store credit*.

Shipping and Pick-up Information

We offer 3 different order retrieval methods. The available methods for your area will be displayed at checkout:

1. Nursery Pick Up is available at our East Gwillimbury, Ontario nursery. All pick ups require a confirmed booking date and time. You will get an email after your order is placed with a booking link
and instructions.

2. Event Pick Up will be an available option at checkout approximately 1-2 weeks prior to an event date. All Event Pick Ups must be picked up within the operating hours of the event and are subject to entrance fees (if applicable). Follow us on Instagram and/or Facebook to keep up to date with our upcoming events.

3. Shipping is offered via parcel delivery services like Purolator, Canada Post, FedEx and UPS. Shipping is available Canada wide to most areas and is only offered from Spring to Fall when weather
permits.

Plant IDs are provided by our suppliers, "so we cannot guarantee their accuracy". If you feel there is a discrepancy, please reach out to let us know.

Quality and Care

Our plants are sourced from around and carefully acclimatized to Canadian conditions. Many are also grown here at our nursery from seed, divisions, and on-site propagation, nurtured until ready for a new home.

Each growing gem is selected for its health when its established, acclimatized, and ready to thrive. Variations in size, leaf markings, and minor foliage imperfections are natural and part of each plant's unique character.

Shipping, Nursery Pick Up, or Event Pick Up

The order retrieval options available for your location will display during checkout.

We offer shipping Canada-wide year-round for dry goods and weather-permitting for plants. You can also order to pick up at the nursery or upcoming events.

Processing Delays are Possible

Due to the volume of orders received during our Botanical Treasure Hunts, alongside regularly nursery care, in-person events, our limited team size, and occasional factors beyond our control (e.g. extreme weather), order processing times can vary.

We always aim to process orders as quickly as possible in accordance with our shipping policy. We appreciate your patience should any unexpected delays arise.

What is a botanical treasure hunt?

A botanical treasure hunt is another phrase we use for our major site-wide restocks!

We are a small, family-run business and because of our limited staff, each part of the journey for our botanical treasures requires all hands for sourcing, growing, preparing, processing, packing, communicating, and doing it all over again.

To be able to control the quality of our plants, we opt to not make everything available. Instead Elle, my mom, carefully selects the ones ready to move onto new loving homes.

This process takes time and effort, and while the frenzy of a botanical treasure hunt may not be for everybody, we really are offering growing gems!

Why can't I view any prices or add anything to my cart?

If you can view products but don't see prices or an "Add to cart" button, odds are you've caught us "Pre-Hunt".

When we prepare for our Botanical Treasure Hunts, we preview our plants on the day leading up to the hunt. This gives all the eager botanical treasure hunters time to prepare.

Pricing and ability to add to cart will be available at a designated time visible on our homepage.

Can I expect to receive a plan similar to the provided photo?

The photos we provide on our product pages are for reference only unless otherwise stated. While we do our best to provide specimens similar to the photo, this isn’t always possible. As we are predominantly importing our products, they can be received in varied conditions and sizes; however, we do take the time to acclimatize them prior to re-homing so you can continue to grow them in your care.

What is your return/exchange/cancellation policy?

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any of our plants or products.

We want you to shop with confidence with us and trust that your newest plant baby will be healthy and ready to thrive. This is why we offer a 7 Day Healthy Plant guarantee on our plants*.

Orders that have not yet been processed, picked up or shipped can be cancelled in part or whole with monies received returned to method of payment minus a 5% restocking/processing fee.
